All Winners of EYA 2025 will be required to take up the EYA 2025 Award Package* once they have been notified of their win. The Award Package is chargeable even if the candidate decides to withdraw from the Award upon notification and announcement of his/her win.

The Award Package* includes the following:

1. One trophy to be presented to each Winner at the Award Presentation Ceremony.
2. One certificate to be presented to each Winner at the Award Certificate Ceremony.
3. A feature of all Winners through ASME’s Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM).
4. A feature of all Winners on the EYA website.
5. A banner feature on ASME’s website.
6. A feature of all Winners on ASME’s Facebook and LinkedIn.
7. A feature of all Winners on ASME’s Membership spotlight.
8. ASME Lite membership with option to upgrade.
9. One complimentary table at the Gala Dinner / Award Presentation Ceremony*.
10. Commemorative Package for each winner.
