• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the submission and supporting documents are true and accurate.
• The participant shall ensure the timely completion of the submission to the Award Secretariat. An incomplete submission may render the submission invalid.
• All submitted documents and materials are non-returnable and will be kept strictly confidential for EYA judging purposes only.
• Participants will be notified via email upon receipt of submission materials.
• Participants may opt to answer additional questions for the Sub-categories award.

Your submission should include the following Compulsory materials:

1. BizFile Form (Business Profile | ACRA).
2. Complete the mandatory questions in accordance to the Judging Criteria.
3. At least 3 years of financial statements must be submitted for evaluation. If a financial statement is not available, you may submit the latest management account.
4. Entrepreneur’s portrait photo.
   • Half-body shot in business suit against a solid white background
   • PNG, high resolution, minimum 1200 x 1500 pixels, full colour, at least 300dpi.
5. Soft copy of the company logo.
   • PNG, high resolution, minimum 1200 x 1500 pixels, full colour, at least 300dpi.

Optional

1. Soft copy of the HR handbook, if any.
2. Brochures, Corporate Identity Guide, and any other supporting materials.
3. Testimonial from Clients/Employees.

All Winners of EYA will be required to take up the Award Package* once candidates have been notified of their win. The Award Package is chargeable even if the candidate decides to withdraw from the Award upon notification and announcement of their win.

This award package will go towards the benefits and opportunities extended to winners, including publicity exposure, branding assets, event participation, and promotional platforms designed to maximise your brand’s visibility and recognition.

The Award Package* includes the following:
