- It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is true and accurate. All necessary submissions and payments must be received timely by the Award Secretariat.
- The Award Secretariat will not be responsible for the loss of any Award-related documents, materials or payments.
- The Award’s rules and regulations will indemnify the Award Organising Committee, Award Judging Panel and Award Secretariat against all losses arising from a breach by the Participant or any representatives.
- All submitted entries indicate consent to the Award’s rules and regulations. The Award Organising Committee, Award Judging Panel and Award Secretariat have the right to reject or disqualify an entry, should the entry fail to comply with any of the Award’s rules and regulations.
- EYA Winners will be accorded the right to use the Award logos and trophies for promotional or publicity purposes, on the condition that no modification is made to the above-mentioned. They are to be represented in a dignified, respectful and proper manner in accordance with the corporate identity guides and are subjected to the approval of the Award Organising Committee.
- The Award Organising Committee reserves the right to use the Participant’s name, Company’s name and logo for promotional or publicity purposes either directly or indirectly, without the prior consent of the Participant.
- Data Protection Notice - The Award Organising Committee collects business information for the purpose of serving the needs of its members. In some situations, we may need to collect personal information from representatives of companies that participate in our activities.This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis by which the Award Organising Committee may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of all members, non-members, customers and content providers of ASME, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes..Please read this Notice before submitting any information requested by us, or signing up for any goods, services or activities offered by us, so that you are aware of and understand the purposes for which we collect, use and/or disclose your personal data.
- Candidates give consent to the Award Organisers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, event sponsors and authorised partners to be contacted by email, sms and phone.
- By registering for this event, candidates consent to receiving communications from our sponsors and partner organizations. These may be in the form of promotional materials, event updates, or offers relevant to your interests. Please be aware that your contact information may be shared with these entities for the purpose of facilitating such communications.
- Candidates applying for this award confirm that they have no pending lawsuits and their legal records are clear of any past or ongoing litigation. Additionally, they affirm that they have no history of violations or breaches involving regulatory authorities, maintaining a strong record of compliance and ethical conduct in all professional dealings.
- The Award Organising Committee reserves the right to disqualify or revoke the Award title should Participants:
- Fail to accurately disclose information in the submission
- Meet the timely Award Package Payments
- Intentionally misrepresent/ falsify information in the submission
- All decisions made by the Award Organising Committee, Award Judging Panel and Award Secretariat in all matters relating to EYA shall be final and binding.
